| PT, youtube name yartp, got a bunch of us together to do a group beer brewing experiment. Wierdbeer, Hoppinglion01, Threeque, Terpsichoreankid, and me. Our instructions were to use 3.5 US gallons of water 1.4oz Golding hops - boiled in water - .70oz @ 6-min, .35oz @ 15 min. .35oz @ 0 min 3lbs Dry Malt Extract (DME) Nottingham Ale Yeast Ferment for at least 3 weeks controlled to specifically 67F. Some of us bottled, some of us kegged. I kegged. I used Yakima Golding leaf hops because I could only get those as leaf hops vs pellets. I bought my light DME in bulk from Austin Homebrew Supply, the salesman JB said it was either Coopers or Muntons, probably Muntons. Enjoy, hope there are more group brews in the future, and looking forward to my teammate's videos. Music by tantsorov under Creative Commons license non-commercial. Thank you very much!!
